Camp Registrar

Canterbury Hills Camp is looking for a Registrar who can manage the camp registration office and registration process throughout the year. The registrar communicates with families who want to register for camp and works closely with the Camp Director (year round) and Resource Team (May to August). Duties include ongoing communication, office administrative duties, developing forms, processing registrations, tracking information, and managing the camp bursary fund. The successful candidate will have an appreciation for the value of the camp experience and act as a team player who approaches their work with professionalism and diligence. Experience in a camp environment is an asset.

This is a part-time year round position that gets busier around the summer camp schedule. There is an opportunity for full time hours during the summer months based on relevant skill set and camp experience.


Hours:

  • Part-time hours determined as needed for September-March
  • 16 hours per week April-May
  • 24 hours per week June
  • No more than 44 hours per week in July-August

Camp experience considered an asset
