COVID-19 Considerations

Canterbury Hills Camp prides itself on putting camper and staff safety as the number one priority.

Canterbury Hills Camp will adhere to provincial and municipal public health guidelines as they continue to evolve. We’re continuing to closely monitor for updates to guidelines for summer camps. Canterbury Hills Camp reserves the right to change or update our policies and practices as the Ministry of Health makes changes to the COVID-19 guidelines prior to and/or during the summer.

Vaccination Policy

Looking ahead to our 2023 Season, our Board of Directors met, reviewed current recommendations, and came to the following decision regarding COVID-19 prevention requirements:

In line with public health recommendations, it is strongly recommended that campers receive their vaccination/booster within 6 months of attendance of the camp program.

COVID-19 Vaccination is not required to register for any program. We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and follow any safety directives recommended to us by public health. Depending on the situation as the summer approaches, we commit to providing clear communication about any expected COVID-19 prevention protocols, including masking, distancing, and symptom monitoring practices that may be implemented.

Health & Safety Guide

Our 2023 Health & Safety Guide will be updated closer to the start of our summer programs.
