It is with great sadness that we announce the cancellation of our Summer 2020 camping season. We have made the decision to cancel ALL of our camps including Day Camp, Overnight Camp, and Adventure Camp. We feel that this is the best decision as we want to ensure the health and safety of all of our campers and staff members.

Moving forward, all families will receive refunds for their 2020 camp fees. You will have three options as to how you would like to receive your camp fees back.

Refund Options:

  1. Summer 2021 Camp Credit: this option would allow you to keep your camp fees on your account to be used towards registration in any of our camps (including March Break and Family Camps). You would also have priority registration to ensure your camper has a space in your desired camp.
  2. Full refund (including the $50 deposit): this option would allow you to get a refund ASAP. If you paid via credit card, the fee would be applied back to your card within 5-7 business days. If you paid via e-transfer, cash, or cheque, a refund would be sent to your home address in the form of a cheque. Please note: cheques cannot be created until the Anglican Diocese of Niagara resumes regular operation and their employees are allowed access to the office.
  3. Camp Donation: this option would allow you to donate your camp fees (full amount or any incements) to be used towards the Bursary Program and camp operation. We would be happy to provide you with tax receipt for any donated amounts.
